U.S. orders are processed and shipped at MCF centers to ensure fast and efficient delivery across the U.S. Separately, we also operate fulfillment centers in South Korea for delivery to various countries.

Europe(Germany, France, Spain, the United Kingdom) : 9$(Standard Shipping), 19$(Fast Shipping)
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped thereafter. Delivery time varies by region, but it takes 3~14 days for each country.
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your order. You can access the 'Order Tracking' page and check the status of your order (order number, email, tracking number).
Shipping fees depend on the delivery location and order size. During checkout, the total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed.
Products may be shipped individually depending on the fulfillment inventory status of each country. If the product is shipped individually, a tracking number will be provided for each product.
