Currently, we operate fulfillment centers for each country below, and the following countries can be delivered by center.

*For U.S. orders, if the U.S. local fulfillment center runs out of stock, the product will be shipped from Korea.

 

Free Shipping

All orders within the United States are shipped free of charge, regardless of shipping destination or minimum order amount. Due to our internal policy, shipping charges apply to countries outside the United States.

Standard Shipping

Delivery costs and times for Standard Shipping are as follows:

Asia $7 (7-14 business days)
Europe $9 (7-14 business days)
U.S. Free Shipping (3-7 business days)

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping by country is currently not supported.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days and will vary in delivery period from country to country.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
  • During promotional offers and seasonal sales, processing times may be delayed.

Notes on shipping outside the United States

  • Duties & Taxes : These charges depend on the total order value and customs regulations.
  • Customs Fees : The customer is responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.
  • Possible Delays : Customs clearance may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery window.
