Refund policy
Return Policy Guidelines
You must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. After starting the return process, the item(s) must be shipped back within 15 days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in the same condition as when received.
- It must be unworn, unused, and with the tags still attached, in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return : Please check your order history and apply for a return. We will check your return within 2~3 business days.
Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Send Back Your Item
Return Method:
- Once the return is received, we will send you an email regarding the return label.
- Please pack the item in the original or sturdy box, attach the return label, and ship the item to the address listed.
- When the product arrives normally, we will proceed with the refund of the order.
Return Costs
There will be a Return Fixed Cost except in special circumstances such as defective products. All expenses incurred in the return will be paid by the customer.
- United States : 10 USD (Return Fees, Return Shipping Label Fees Included)
- Other countries : 10~15 USD (Depends on tax and shipping costs incurred by country)
Return Address
Products will be shipped from different fulfillment centers depending on the country where the order was placed, and return addresses may vary depending on the customer's location. Once a return has been received, a different return address will be created depending on each customer's location.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong product, contact us at mutecompanyinc@gmail.com. We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Discounted items
- Gift cards
Refund Processing Time
- Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the item(s), and you will be updated via email.

- PayPal refunds: Reflected immediately in your account.
- Credit card refunds: May take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
